The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health & Society Scholars Program at the University of Michigan invite you to attend a symposium on the “Social Determinants of Child Health.” The objective of this symposium is to raise scholarly awareness and further develop a research agenda focused on the social determinants of child health. Researchers from the social sciences, public health, and medicine will present their work on this topic. Topics covered will include: the social, biological, and environmental determinants of child health; patterns and trends in child health; child health policies; and emerging issues in child health (e.g., autism, ADHD, vaccinations).
